Property giant Evergrande sees sales surge in January
BEIJING, Feb 6, 2021 (BSS/XINHUA) – China Evergrande Group, one of the country’s leading property developers, reported surging sales last month.
Its contracted sales in January totaled 58.12 billion yuan (about 8.98 billion U.S. dollars), up 43.3 percent year on year, the company said in a statement.
Meanwhile, its contracted sales in terms of floor area rose 45.8 percent year on year to 6.56 million square meters.
