RANGPUR, Sept 21, 2020 (BSS) – Rangpur Metropolitan Police (RpMP) Commissioner Abdul Alim Mahmud here today said Bangladesh Police is a modernised service-oriented organisation and friendly to common people.

“Bangladesh Police is doing various social welfare works from social responsibility besides policing,” Alim said while inaugurating a free medical camp and voluntary blood donation programme held at Dhap Traffic Office in the city as the chief guest.

The programmes were arranged as a part of the ongoing fortnight-long service week of RpMP on the occasion of celebration of the second anniversary of the establishment of Rangpur Metropolitan Police.
