Speaker mourns senior defence secretary Mohsin Chowdhury’s death
DHAKA, June 29, 2020 (BSS) – JatiyaSangsad (JS) Speaker Dr ShirinSharminChaudhury today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Defence Ministry’s Senior Secretary Abdullah Al Mohsin Chowdhury.
In a message of condolence, the speaker prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and expressed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
Besides, JS Deputy Speaker Md Fazle Rabbi Miah and Chief Whip Nur-E-Alam Chowdhury also expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Mohsin and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
He breathed his last at 9:35 am while undergoing treatment at Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in the city at the age of 57.
