24 more test positive for coronavirus in Dinajpur
DINAJPUR, May 10, 2020 (BSS) – Twenty-four more people were tested
positive for coronavirus today at the COVID-19 Laboratory at M Abdur Rahim
Medical College (MARMC) in Dinajpur.
“We found 24 people infected, including 10 females, after testing a total
of 188 collected samples at the laboratory here today,” Principal of MARMC
Professor Dr. Shibesh Sarker told BSS.
The 24 newly infected patients of today include 12 of different upazilas
in Nilphamari, two of Panchagarh and 10 of different upazilas in Dinajpur
districts.
“With this, we tested a total of 1,630 collected samples of suspected
people at the COVID Laboratory here since the beginning from April 26 last
and found 93 of them as positive for coronavirus,” Sarker added.
