Carter Center delegation calls on Chief Information Commissioner
DHAKA, Feb 23, 2020 (BSS) – The visiting delegation of the Carter Center
led by its Director (Rule of Law program) Laura Neuman paid a courtesy call
on Chief Information Commissioner Martuza Ahmed at the latter’s office here
today.
During the meeting, they discussed the progress of ‘Advancing Women’s
Access to Information’ project and the present situation of ‘RTI Online
Tracking System’.
The delegation also discussed future opportunities of collaboration with
the Information Commission.
Among others, Information Commissioner Abdul Malek, Information Commission
Director (Admin) J.R. Shahriar, Director (R.P.T) Dr. Md. Abdul Hakim and Dnet
representatives were present at the meeting.
