Bangabandhu’s mural unveiled at Chattagram
CHATTAGRAM, Jan 12, 2020 (BSS) – A mural of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was unveiled today at Chattagram District Police Line.
The mural was unveiled on the occasion of birth centenary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Additional DIG of Chattagram Nure Alam Mina chaired the function, while Senior Home Secretary Mostafa Kalam was present as chief guest.
Kamal paid homage to Bangabandhu by placing wreaths at the mural and offered munajat for the departed souls of Bangabandhu and the freedom fighters. After inaugural session Kamal honored 208 freedom fighters with crests.
Chattagram Range DIG Khondakar Golam Faruk, CMP Commissioner Mahbubur Rahman, Muktijuddha Commander Mozaffar Ahmed, District Muktijuddha Commander Shahubuddin and Press Club Secretary Chowdhury Farid were present on the occasion.
