AL-POLLS-CANDIDATURE
AL asks candidates sans party permission to withdraw candidature
DHAKA, Jan 8, 2020 (BSS) – Dhaka north city unit of ruling Awami League
(AL) today directed the councilor candidates, who submitted their nomination
papers without approval of the AL Local Government Nomination Board, to
withdrawal their candidature.
To maintain the party discipline, the candidates have been asked to
withdraw their candidatures as soon as possible, said a press release signed
by Dhaka north city AL General Secretary SM Mannan Kachi here.
