One held with 600 bottles of phensedyl in city
DHAKA, Dec 14, 2019 (BSS) – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested an alleged drug peddler with 600 bottles of phensedyl in city’s Mirpur area today.
The arrestee is Md Ariful Islam, 33.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of Rab-4 raided in Nobab-er-bagh under Shah Ali Thana around 8.30am and arrested Ariful with 600 bottles of phensedyl, said Sajedul Islam Sajal, Senior ASP of RAB-4.
RAB also seized a truck carrying the drugs from the spot, he added.
A case was filed in this regard.
