Educated youths outside of Dhaka take journalism as profession: Harun
CUMILLA, Dec 13, 2019 (BSS) – Lawmaker Yussuf Abdullah Harun today said it’s a positive sign that educated youths outside of Dhaka take journalism as a profession.
“Educated youths outside of Dhaka are taking journalism as profession which is a very positive sign… they will make better contribution to the field of journalism,” said Cumilla-3 constituency lawmaker Harun.
He came up with the remarks while talking to journalists after visiting the Bangra Bazar area at Muradnagar upazila of the district.
Bangra Bazar thana will be turned into a modern thana very soon as construction work of the main roads beside this thana is near about completion, he said.
Upazila Vice Chairman Advocate Abul Kalam Azad Tomal, Bangar-Bazar Sadar Union President Taufiq Siddique and Muradnagar upazila’s Secha Sebok League Convenor Rahim Parvez were present, among others, on the occasion.
