MUNSHIGANG, April 2, 2018 (BSS) – Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader today said the people will mandate the ruling Awami League (AL) again in the next general elections for the country’s further development.

“The huge public gathering at two rallies of Prime Minister in Thakurgaon and Chandpur proved that the people will mandate the ruling Awami League again to lead the country,” said the minister after visiting the works of a Baily bridge at Srinagar upazila here.

Nothing that the country’s people have already taken decision to vote AL again, Quader said they know well that the country will progress if the Awami League comes to the power.

“We have a mindset to correct our mistakes. . . so, the Awami League as a government had some mistakes but our development is very much visible,” he added.

Quader, also general secretary of the ruling party, said the development of roads and electricity, which people already have been getting benefits, was not taken place during the tenure of any other government in the past.
