DHAKA, March 8, 2019 (BSS)- Dhaka City Football Club managed a hard-fought
solitary goal victory over Bangladesh Police Athletics Club in the lone match
of Bangladesh Championship League Football on Friday at Bir Shreshtha Shaheed
Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in the city’s Kamalapur.
In the day’s match, foreign recruit Ameka scored the all-important goal for
Dhaka in the 18th minute of the match.
After the resumption, Bangladesh Police however got some scoring chances
but failed to convert any of those into a goal due to lack of proper
finishing.
