One held with heroin in Jamalpur
JAMALPUR, Jan 26, 2018(BSS) – Police arrested a man with 300-gram contraband heroin on bypass road in the town last night.
The arrested was identified as Md Raju Miah, 30, son of Md Morad Hasan at village Kacharipara in the town.
Officer-in-charge, Jamalpur police station, Md Nasimul Islam said, acting on a tip off, a team of the police raided the bypass road and arrested him with the heroin.
Police said he was wanted in various drug cases including murder with Jamalpur sadar police station.
A case was registered with Jamalpur police station.
