Mashrafe for giving another chance to Rabbi

Mashrafe Mortaza said he prescribes for giving another chance to Fazle Mahmud
Rabbi despite his dismissal for a duck in his debutant against visiting
Zimbabwe in Mirpur.
Talking to the pressmen today at city’s local hotel where the team are
staying, the Bangladesh skipper said if he is given a chance to select the
team he would not hesitate to give another chance to Rabbi.
“I don’t support to drop someone after giving him the chance and observing
for only one to two matches,” he added.
“What has happened to Rabbi would have been happened to me too. It seems
to me that he deserves one more chance. The rests are the concern of the
selectors and team management,” he further said.
Commenting about Imrul and Liton, who missed century in the second match,
Mashrafe said off course Kayes (90) and Liton (83) could have got century if
they kept patience. He also suggested the batsmen not to miss this kind of
opportunity if the chance comes in the future.
