DHAKA, Dec 17, 2017 (BSS) – Bangladesh army and navy yesterday conferred 101 JCOs with honourary commission to mark the Victory Day, an ISPR statement said here.
Of the JCOs 83 master warrant officers of army were promoted as honourary lieutenants while 18 master petty officers of navy were promoted as honourary sub lieutenants.
The statement said, simultaneously, 45 honorary army lieutenants were promoted as honorary captain.
