Met office forecasts rainfall

DHAKA, July 17, 2017 (BSS) - Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places in Rangpur and Khulna divisions and at one or two places in Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy falls at places in the country.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, said a Met office bulletin.

Country's highest temperature on Sunday was recorded 36.4 degree Celsius in Sylhet and minimum temperature 25.6 degree Celsius in Gopalganj.

The sun sets at 6.48 pm today and rises at 5.22 am tomorrow in the capital.
