DHAKA, Sept 18, 2018 (BSS) – Food Minister Advocate Md. Qamrul Islam today said the forthcoming parliament elections will be free, fair and credible.
“BNP has no organizational strength to foil the polls. Yet, they are plotting along with their collaborators, including Jamaat, to create anarchy across the country centering the polls,” he said, speaking at a meeting in the Rohitpur High Scholl ground in Keraniganj.
The coordination committee of Rohitpur branch on evaluating the activities of the lawmaker of Dhaka-2 constituency organized the meeting with its member Nurul Huda Master in the chair.
Qamrul said BNP wants to make the election questionable. “They want to create an unstable situation in the country marking the next national polls. I urge all of you to remain alert against their all conspiracies,” he added.
Congratulating the leaders of new political platform Juktafront, the food minister urged them not to make alliance with the war criminals.
Convener of the committee Shafiul Azam, member secretary Yousuf Ali Chowdhury and joint convener Hazi Abu Siddique, among others, were present in the meeting.
