DHAKA, Sept 18, 2018 (BSS) – Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD)
today predicted dry weather across the country in next 24 hours as of 9 am
tomorrow.
Besides, light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by
temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at one or two places in Chattogram,
Barishal and Sylhet divisions during the period, said a met office press
release here.
Day temperature may fall slightly over south eastern part of the country
and it may rise slightly elsewhere over the country and night temperature may
remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The country’s maximum temperature was recorded 36.4 degrees Celsius
yesterday at Jashore and Bhola in Khulna and Barishal divisions respectively
while today’s minimum temperature 25.3 degrees Celsius at Rangamati in
Chattogram division.
The sun sets at 5:59 pm today and rises at 5:46 am tomorrow in the
capital.
