Hong Kong stocks sink more than one percent

HONG KONG, Sept 17, 2018 (BSS/AFP) – Hong Kong stocks fell more than one
percent on Monday after reports said Donald Trump is planning to impose
tariffs on another $200 billion of Chinese imports.

The Hang Seng Index retreated 1.30 percent, or 353.56 points to 26,932.85.

The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index fell 1.11 percent, or 29.85 points,
to 2,651.79 and the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China’s
second exchange, dived 1.54 percent, or 21.53 points, to 1,380.98.
