Unprecedented developments in Rangpur region: Nuruzzaman

RANGPUR, Sept 17, 2018 (BSS) – State Minister for Social Welfare Nuruzzaman
Ahmed, MP, has said the life standard of common people has improved
significantly in Rangpur region following unprecedented developments
conducted in last ten years.

“The anti-liberation forces do not believe in independence of Bangladesh,
never see developments and conducted fire terrorism to destabilise the
country guessing their yet another confirmed defeat in the general elections
of 2014,” he said.

The State Minister came up with the observations at a function arranged
for inauguration of ‘Messrs K S Filling Station’ at Madanpur on the
Lalmonirhat-Burimari highway under Kaliganj upazila of Lalmonirhat district
on Sunday afternoon as the chief guest.

He said the BNP-Jamaat clique and anti-liberation forces never want welfare
of the country and they burned the innocent people in the hunger of power.
They do not even see the development of the country.

He cautioned the common people to remain alert as the BNP-Jamaat clique and
anti-liberation forces again want to create anarchy by misinterpreting the
holy Qur’an and conducting subversive activities.

He urged the people to vote for the symbol ‘Boat’ in the next general
elections to bring Awami League again to power for continuation of
development under leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on way to build
a developed Bangladesh by 2041.

With local elite Saiful Islam Fatemi in the chair, Member of the Parliament
from reserved constituency Advocate Safura Begum Rumi, Lalmonirhat Zila
Parishad Chairman Advocate Matiar Rahman, President of Lalmonirhat Diabetic
Samity SA Hamid Babu, Colonel (Retd) Neyamul Islam Fatemi (Bir Pratik) and
President of Lalmonirhat Chamber Kamrul Hasan Bakul addressed the function.
