DHAKA, Sept 13, 2018 (BSS) – Dhaka University (DU) unit of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) here today urged the DU administration to conduct a fair and transparent admission test beginning tomorrow.

“We request all to become alert so that no one can try to indulge in any path of forgery in the admission test. We urge students and guardians not to resort to any unfair means. Chhatra League will work to prevent any kind of unfairness,” said DU BCL general secretary Saddam Hussain.

BCL leaders came up with the comments at a press conference held at Dhaka University Journalists’ Association’s (DUJA) office at TSC on the campus.

Dhaka University Combined Students’ Union, a BCL led platform comprising 20 cultural and social organizations, organized the press conference marking the DU admission test-2018.

At the programme, BCL DU Unit’s president Sonjit Chandra Das said that BCL will show zero tolerance against those who would try to defraud with the admission seekers or instigate the students to do unfair means.

“If any activist of our organization is involved in forgery or question leakage, we will take organizational action against him and will help the DU administration take actions against the offenders,” Sonjit added.

Sonjit also said that BCL will set up booths in different important places and their volunteers will take position on Shabagh, Nilkhet, Polashi and Curzon Hall premises to provide information and help the examinees and guardians.

At the press conference, Dhaka University Combined Students’ Union announced to set up ‘Information Centers’ and ‘Medical Centers’ to help all admission seekers and their guardians by providing information during the admission test.
