Agricultural Marketing Bill to be placed at JS
DHAKA, Sept 12, 2018 (BSS) – Members of the parliamentary standing
committee on Agriculture Ministry today decided to place the “Agricultural
Marketing Bill 2018” before the parliament.
The parliamentary body made the decision at its 32th meeting at Jatiya
Sangsad (JS) Bhaban with committee chairman M Maqbul Hossain in the chair,
said an official release.
The parliamentary watchdog decided to place the “Agricultural Marketing
Bill 2018” before parliament after scrutiny.
Committee members Agriculture Minister Matia Chowdhury, Advocate Umme
Kulsul Smrity, AKM Rezaul Karim Tansen and Md Moslem Uddin took part in the
meeting.
Additional Secretary of Agriculture Ministry and JS senior officials
concerned also attended the meeting.
