JMB-ARREST-KHILKHET
JMB operative held in capital
DHAKA, Sept 8, 2018 (BSS) – Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested an
operative of the banned militant outfit Jama’atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB)
from the capital’s Khilkhet area on Friday evening.
“We arrested an active member of the JMB along with three religiously
fanatic books from 300 Feet Road under Khilkhet Police Station around 6.45pm
on Friday,” Commanding Officer Lt Col Sarwar Bin Kashem of Rab-1 told BSS
today.
The arrestee was identified as Md Noor Alam, 31, son of Abul Akkas, a
resident of house no-Ka/46, Daroga Bareer More, South Badda.
Legal action was taken against the arrestee.
