Quader condoles death of Birangana Rama Chowdhury
DHAKA, Sept 3, 2018 (BSS) – Road Transport and Bridges Minister and
General Secretary of Awami League Obaidul Quader today expressed deep shock
at the death of Rama Chowdhury, a renowned writer and a Birangana of the
Liberation War.
In a condolence message, the minister recalled with profound gratitude
the sacrifice and struggle of Rama Chowdhury in the 1971 War of Liberation.
Quader prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed
sympathy to the bereaved family.
Rama Chowdhury breathed her last at Chattogram Medical College Hospital
(CMCH) early today at the age of 79.
