No scope for including BNP in interim-govt: Quader
SAVAR, Aug 26, 2018 (BSS) – Awami League General Secretary and Road
Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader today said there is no scope
for BNP to be included in the interim government.
“As BNP has no representation in the parliament, it has no scope to stay
in interim government,” he said while inaugurating the illumination of an
intersection at Hemayetpur on the Dhaka-Aricha highway.
Quader said if BNP tried to create anarchy in the name of movement, people
of the country will resist them.
About recent road accidents on highways, the minister said a probe-body
has been formed in this regard and it will submit investigation report by 10
days.
High officials of Roads and Highways Department and police, local Awami
League leaders were present on the occasion.
