DHAKA, Nov 14, 2017 (BSS) – International Air Transport Association (IATA) is keen to provide all kinds of cooperation in further development of Bangladesh aviation sector especially in the field of airport security, customer care and flight safety.
This interest was showed today while IATA’s Regional Vice-President Conrad Fredrick James Clifford paid a call on Aviation and Tourism Minister Rashed Khan Menon at secretariat here, a press release said.
The minister welcomed the IATA’s proposal and said the government has taken all possible steps to ensure airport security and flight safety.
The IATA vice-president said the aviation sector has potential for making huge contribution to the overall economic development of Bangladesh.
