China Food Festival attracts 6 million people since 2000
BEIJING, Aug. 24, 2018 (BSS/Xinhua) – Starting from the year of 2000,
China Food Festival has been attracting 6 million people to participate, with
totaling signed value at about 1 billion yuan.
China’s catering industry has undergone tremendous changes during the
recent 40 years, with market value reaching 3.96 trillion yuan in 2017 from
5.48 billion yuan in 1978, Han Ming, president with China Hotel Association
introduced.
The 19th China Food Festival & 2018 Food Culture Festival for China Wuxi
Cuisine will be held in October in Wuxi, a major city in east China’s Jiangsu
Province.
