Six killed in Feni road crash
FENI, Aug 24, 2018 (BSS) – Six passengers of a CNG-run auto-rickshaw were killed as a Chittagong-bound bus crashed into the auto-rickshaw in Lemua area in the district on Dhaka-Chittagong highway this evening.
Mahipal Highway Police Inspector Abdul Awal told BSS that the identity of the six victims including two women could not be known immediately.
He said two of the passengers died on the spot while four others who received serious injuries were declared dead as they were taken to Feni sadar hospital.
Awal said police captured the bus but its driver fled the scene.
