Jubo League leaders for strengthening Sheikh Hasina’s hand

RANGPUR, Nov 12, 2017 (BSS) – Leaders of Awami Jubo League at separate discussions here have called for further strengthening the hands of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to build a developed ‘Sonar Bangla’ as dreamt by Bangabandhu.

They came up with the call at the post-rally discussions arranged in observance of the 45th founding anniversary of Jubo League at district Awami League (AL) office in the city on Saturday afternoon.

Earlier, the district and city units of Jubo League hoisted organisational and national flags, placed wreaths on portraits of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and founder of Jubo League Sheikh Fazlul Haque Mani, brought out ‘Ananda Rallies’ and cut cakes on the occasion.

Rangpur Zila Parisahd Chairman Advocate Chhafia Khanom as the chief guest attended a discussion organised by city Jubo League unit with its Joint Convener Saiful Islam in the chair.

Convener of district Jubo League HM Rashedunnabi Jewel, its Joint Convener Laksmin Chandra Das, Joint Convener of city Jubo League Ashraful Alam, among others, addressed.

Rangpur city Jubo League organised another post-rally discussion with its Convener Sirajum Munir Basher in the chair.

Joint Convener of city Jubo League Murad Hossain, Jubo League leaders Sagar Mian, Amir Hossain and Suman Mina, also addressed.

The Jubo League leaders vowed for strengthening the hands of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in building a developed ‘Sonar Bangla’ by serving the common people selflessly to fulfill their hopes and aspirations.

Rashedunnabi Jewel mentioned the conspiracies being hatched by the defeated anti-liberation forces and asked the leaders and activists of Jubo League to always remain alert for thwarting any evil design.

Advocate Chhafia Khanom urged Jubo League leaders and activists to work unitedly for building a middle income country by 2021 and developed Bangladesh by 2041 to realise Bangabandhu’s dream of building ‘Sonar Bangla’.
