Prof Nurul Alam appointed JU Pro-VC
SAVAR, Aug 14, 2018 (BSS)- Professor Md Nurul Alam of Physics Department
has been appointed as Pro-Vice Chancellor (Academic) of Jahangirnagar
University.
A press release signed by Deputy Secretary of Education Ministry Habibur
Rahman confirmed the appointment today.
According to the section 13 (1) of Jahangirnagar University Act 1773,
Chancellor of the University Abdul Hamid appointed him for the next four-
year, the release said.
Prof Md Nurul Alam is serving as President of JU Teachers’ Association and
‘Bangabandhu-Adarsher Shikkhok Parishad’.
