Bus owners for monthly payroll for drivers
DHAKA, August 08, 2018 (BSS)- Dhaka’s bus owners have decided to scrap the contractual agreement with drivers and include them on a monthly payroll.
The Dhaka Road Transport Owners’ Association (DRTOA) took the decision today, what is expected to help curb competition among buses within Dhaka city.
The move come following the students’ protests demanding safer roads after two college students were killed in the capital on July 29.
