TOKYO, Nov 6, 2017 (AFP) – US President Donald Trump on Monday said that the shooting that killed 26 people in Texas was a “mental health” issue and guns were not to blame.
“We have a lot of mental health problems in our country, but this isn’t a gun situation,” said Trump.
