Nazrul Islam urged the participants to promote different innovative ideas for making the banking services more clients-friendly.

Referring to various challenges to the banking sector, he mentioned there is no alternative to add innovative ideas to face the existing challenges.

He opined that innovative ideas should be promoted in the banking sector for reaching its services to the clients more quickly and easily.

Skill development of all the bankers concerned on innovative ideas is very important for providing their services to consumers so that they could receive the services in a hassle-free atmosphere.

The present government has adopted multifarious programmes for reaching the e-services to the grassroots people.

So, all the bankers should discharge their duties with utmost sincerity and honesty. They should also be familiarised with the e-services and digitisation process, he said.
