Tarana Halim calls on speaker
DHAKA, July 31, 2018(BSS)- State Minister for Information Tarana Halim today called on Jatiya Sangsad Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury at the letter’s office here.
The state minister informed the speaker about the activities of the Parliament TV of BTV.
They also discussed ways and means to improve the quality of it.
The speaker suggested outsourcing some of the spare time to attract better programs.
Tarana Halim assured the speaker that it would be done.
The state minister was accompanied by senior officials of the ministry including Secretary Abdul Malek, while the speaker was accompanied by Chief Whip of the Parliament A S M Firoz.
