DHAKA, May 12, 2021 (BSS) – Information and Broadcasting Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Bani Chakraborty, mother of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) Deputy Chief Reporter Kanai Chakraborty.
In a condolence message, Hasan, also Awami League joint general secretary, prayed for the salvation of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
Bani Chakraborty, mother of Kanai Chakraborty, passed away at Mugda Hospital in the capital yesterday at the age of 75.
Family sources said she had been suffering from various problems due to old-age for a long time.
She left behind his son, three daughters, grandchildren and relatives to mourn her death.
