One arrested with 41,300 yaba tablets in Ctg
CHATTOGRAM, July 21, 2018 (BSS) – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)
in a drive arrested an alleged yaba trader with 41,300 pieces of yaba tablets
from Shah Amanat Bridge area in the city on early Saturday.
The arrestee was identified as Mohammad Kazol, 19, son of Zamir Hossain,
hailed from Ramu upazila in Cox’s Bazar district.
On a tip-off, a team of RAB-7 intercepted a bus of “London Express”
paribahan coming from Cox’s Bazar at about 5 am at north side of the Bridge
and recovered the yaba tablets after searching the bus and arrested Kazol, a
RAB press release said.
A case filed with Bakalia police station in this connection.
