JU buys 7 microbuses to improve transport facilities
SAVAR, July 19, 2018 (BSS) – The Jahangirnagar University (JU) authorities
have brought seven microbuses at cost of Tk one crore to improve transport
facilities on the campus.
JU Vice Chancellor Prof Farzana Islam inaugurated the new vehicles at a
function at old registrar building on the campus today.
Speaking on the occasion, she said: ‘We have bought these vehicles to
develop our transport facilities for the students and teachers.”
JU Treasurer Prof Sheikh Md Monzurul Huq, Acting Registrar Rahima Kaniz,
Prof Ali Azam Talukder, and teachers, officers and employees of the
university were present.
