RAJSHAHI, April 15, 2021 (BSS) – A total of 98,818 people received second dose of Covid-19 vaccine in the city and all eight districts under Rajshahi division in the last six days since April 8.
Of them, 22,091 people including 7,358 females took the second jab today, said Dr Habibul Ahsan Talukder, Divisional Director of Health.
He also said 2,222 including 592 females received vaccines in Rajshahi city and 1,403 people including 479 females in Rajshahi district, 1,284 including 380 females in Chapainawabganj, 3,084 including 1,005 females in Natore and 4,117 people including 1,358 females in Naogaon have been inoculated.
Besides, a total of 2,377 persons including 800 females got vaccines in Pabna, 2,561 including 990 females in Sirajganj, 3,907 including 1,357 females in Bogura and 1,192 including 397 females in Joypurhat today received the vaccines, he added.
On the other hand, a total of 6,40,508 people have been vaccinated with the first dose in all eight districts of the division till today since the countrywide vaccination programme began on February 7.
Of them, 1,524 people including 584 females were inoculated today, said Dr Habibul Ahsan Talukder.
