DHAKA, July 19, 2018 (BSS) – Light to moderate rain or thundershowers
accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind and lightning flashes is
likely to occur at some places across the country in the next 24 hours ending
9 am tomorrow.
“Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty
wind and lightning flashes is likely to occur at many places over Khulna,
Barishal and Chattogram divisions,” said a Met office bulletin issued this
morning.
A few places over Rajshahi, Rangpur, Dhaka, Mymensingh and Sylhet
divisions may see light to moderate rain and moderately heavy falls in the
next 24 hours commencing 9 am today, the bulletin said.
Day temperature may increase slightly and night temperature may remain
nearly unchanged over the country.
The maximum temperature was recorded 36.5 degrees celsius yesterday at
Sylhet while today’s minimum temperature 25.3 degrees celsius at Ragamati in
Chattogram division.
The sun sets at 6:48 pm today and rises at 5:22 am tomorrow in the
capital.
