KHULNA, Feb 22, 2021 (BSS) – A total of 1,1,539 people completed their registrations to take COVID-19 inoculation and 64,145 people has so far taken vaccine till today in Khulna.
Teachers of all educational institutions have been asked to take the inoculation as per government instruction.
Khulna Civil Surgeon Office will take initiatives for both male and female teachers , said Khulna Civil Surgeon Md Niaz Muhammad today in District Development Coordination Committee Meeting at the Deputy Commissioner’s conference room.
DC Khulna Md Helal hossain presided over the meeting.
A power point presentation on modern digital system toll collection instead of old manual system for Khanjahan Ali Bridge has been screened, saying, toll money of transportation will be paid through automation system.
Deputy commissioner Md Helal Hossain asked district and upazila level officers to take the inoculation and also to motivate the people.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Md Yousuf Ali, Additional Superintendent of Police (South) G M Abul Kalam and government officials attended the meeting.
