NURUSSAFA-DEATH-ANNIVERSARY-LEAD
Nurussafa’s death anniversary tomorrow
DHAKA, Feb 1, 2021 (BSS) – The 10th death anniversary of eminent
lawyer Advocate Nurussafa Talukder, father of Information Minister and
Awami League Joint General Secretary Dr Hasan Mahmud, will be observed
tomorrow in Chattogram in a befitting manner.
Marking the death anniversary, a doa mahfil will be held at the
official residence of the minister at Minto Road in the capital after
Asar prayers.
The family of late Nurussafa will organize doa, milad mahfil and
Qurankhani at Alif Mim Jame Mosque in Mowshumi Residential area in
Chattogram and Chattoram Court Jame Mosque.
Besides, Qurankhani, milad and doa mahfil will be held at his
(Nurussafa Taluder) village mosque at Ranguniya upazila of Chattogram
district.
Late Nurussafa Talukder, one of the organizers of the Liberation
War, served as president of the greater Chattogram Zila Ainjibi Samity
and public prosecutor of Chattogram.
The family members of late Nurussafa, who was also one of the
founders of Shukhbilash High School at Ranguniya, sought doa of all
relatives, friends and well-wishers.
