DHAKA, July 12, 2018, (BSS) – The parliamentary standing committee on
religious affairs ministry made a detailed discussion over finalising the
report on ‘The Hindu Religious Welfare Trust Bill, 2018’ today.
With committee president Bazlul Haque Haroon in the chair, the 37th
meeting of the committee discussed the bill in a detailed way. Later, the
bill was sent for scrutiny and required corrections, said a release here.
Committee member Sadhan Chandra Majumder, Md Mokbul Hossain, Ministry of
Religious Affairs Secretary Anisur Rahman and officials concerned of the
ministry, directorate and Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat, among others,
were present at the meeting.
