Putin to meet with IOC president at World Cup final
MOSCOW, July 12, 2018 (BSS/TASS)- Russian president Vladimir Putin will meet with President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Thomas Bach, who will come to Moscow for the 2018 FIFA World Cup final, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told TASS.
“This is a planned meeting,” he said.
The IOC confirmed on Wednesday that its President Thomas Bach will visit the World Cup final. The World Cup final will take place at Moscow’s Luzhniki Stadium on Sunday (July 15).
