CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Jan 22, 2021 (BSS)- The government has continued to distribute blankets to the poor and distress people throughout the country.
Under the programme, district administration has distributed 300 blankets among the ethnic minority people in Gomostapur upazila of the district today.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) of the district Md. Manjurul Hafij distributed the blankets as the chief guest in a simple function held on the Parbatipur SB College premises while Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) of Gomostapur Md. Mizanur Rahman was present there.
Relief and Rehabilitation Department of the government funded for the purpose, the DC said.
