Non-govt. educational institutions to be brought under MPO: Nahid
DHAKA, July 11, 2018 (BSS) – Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid today
said the government is working to bring non-government educational
institutions under Monthly Payment Order (MPO).
The assurance came when a five-member delegation of Non-government
educational institutions met with the education minister at his office here,
an official release said.
Nahid said, “Two committees of the Education Ministry are working to
enlist non-government educational institutions to the MPO facilities. The
government is very sincere to bring the teachers under MPO facilities.”
He said the government is working for the well-being of teachers as they
are the driving force of the education sector.
Secretary of the Secondary and Higher Secondary Division Md Sohrab
Hossain, among others, were present at the meeting.
