Robi offers Hajj roaming packages
DHAKA, July 10, 2018 (BSS) – Mobile network operator Robi unveiled three
distinct packages for the Hajis who are set to embark on the Hajj pilgrimage
soon.
The voice, data, and voice and data combo packages are specifically
designed to cater for all possible categories of international roaming
service users, said a press release today.
Each of the packages has been designed over 45 days validity duration
considering the month-long stay requirement for the Hajis in Saudi Arabia.
The voice and data combo plan priced at Taka 4,999 offers unlimited internet
with 300 mins calls (Local out-going calls within Saudi Arabia, Incoming
calls from and calls to Bangladesh) and 100 SMS.
Both, the only voice as well as the only data packages is priced at Taka
1,499. The Hajis opting for the voice package will get to enjoy 100 minutes
of calls (Local out-going calls within Saudi Arabia, Incoming calls from and
calls to Bangladesh) and 100 SMS. Beside, the data package will provide 1.5
GB data. Both these packages have been designed for 45 days period.
The pre-paid Robi users can avail the voice only package; the post-paid
customers can avail both the voice and data combo package and the data
package.
Calls to any other international destination is charged separately.
Pilgrims willing to take the bundle need to visit any Robi Sheba to
activate their roaming service and dial *123*8*2*8# to avail the bundle.
Alternatively customer may download the roaming subscription form from Robi
website (http://bit.ly/FormIR) and mail the mentioned document to
<[email protected]>.
