Meeting of law and order protection committee held in Khulna
KHULNA, July 8, 2018 (BSS) – Khulna District Law and Order Protection
Committee here today decided to take more steps for eliminating terrorism,
militancy and drug abuse from the society.
The decision was taken at the monthly law and order situation meeting at
the conference room of the deputy commissioner.
Most of the participants of the meeting asked Islamic Foundation
Authority to take initiatives for more activities of Imams at every mosque
during khutba of Jumma prayer.
Acting deputy commissioner Md. Moniruzzaman chaired the meeting while
police super S M Shafiullah, Civil Surgeon Dr A S M Abdur Razzak, Chairmen of
upazila Parisad, Additional district magistrate, UNO, addressed the meeting,
among others.
