Bangabandhu Premier Div. Basketball results on day 2
DHAKA, Dec. 2, 2020 (BSS)-Dhumketu and Hornets Sporting Club won their respective matches of the Bangabandhu UniMed UniHealth Premier Division Basketball League held today at Dhanmondi Wooden Floor Gymnasium in the city.
In the day’s first match, Dhumketu beat Bokshi Bazar Club by 73-45 points after leading the first half by 18-8 points.
In the day’s match, Tareq was the highest scorer with 21 points while Sobuj caged nine points for Dhumketu. Aritro scored 18 points and Labib caged 8 points for Bokshi Bazar.
In the day’s second match, Hornets Sporting Club defeated Old DOHS by 70-61 points after dominating the first half by 35-30 points.
In the day’s proceeding, Wadud and Sadid scored equal 14 points each for winners while Ali scored 16 points and Ashiq caged 11 points for the losers.
