Tigresses face PNG in Women’s World T20 Qualifier tomorrow

DHAKA, July 6, 2018 (BSS)- Bangladesh women’s cricket team will take on
Papua New Guinea Women’s cricket team in their opening group A match of the
ICC Women’s World Twenty20 Qualifier scheduled to held tomorrow (Saturday) at
Amstelveen, a province in the Netherlands.

The match kicks off at 8 pm (BST).

The Asian champions will then face the Netherlands and the United Arab
Emirates (UAE) in the following two group games on July 8 and 10
respectively.

Bangladesh is in Group A, which also comprises the Netherlands, Papua New
Guinea, and the United Arab Emirates, while Group B consists of Ireland,
Scotland, Thailand, and Uganda.

Both finalists from the tournament will join Australia, England, India,
New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka and host West Indies in the
ICC Women’s World T20 2018 from November 9-24.
