DHAKA, July 5, 2018 (BSS) – The government has reappointed Md Abu Ahmed Jamadar, a High Court (HC) additional Judge, as a member of the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT).
He will receive salary, allowances and other facilities as per the rule during his tenure in the ICT, said an official release here today, quoting a notification issued by Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Ministry.
Earlier, Jamadar was appointed as the ICT member in 2017 as a retired district judge. His post in ICT fell vacant after his appointment as additional judge of the High Court division of the Supreme Court in May this year.
