SAVAR, July 5, 2018 (BSS) – Department of Marketing of Jahangirnagar
University (JU) and BRAC IT Services Limited (BITS) today signed a Memorandum
of Understanding (MoU) here to support and strengthen mutual cooperation.
Under the agreement, students of JU Marketing department will get access to
internship opportunities, hold seminars and workshops and get job offer at
BITS.
JU Treasurer Professor Sheikh Monzurul Huq and Chief of Human Resource
Department of BITS Ismat Jahan signed the memorandum on behalf of their
respective institutes at a function at the council room of old administrative
building at 11 am.
JU Vice Chancellor Professor Farzana Islam, Officials of BITS Mashfiq
Anwar, Shahadat Kabir, Tasafur Rahman Chairman of Marketing department
Associate Professor Nayeema Ahmed, Associate Professor Nigar Sultana and
other teachers of the department were present, among others, at the function.
